Product Feature
The whole vessel is designed and manufactured according to the pressure vessel standard.
It can work in closed environment in the whole process.
At the filtering stage, it mainly relied on vacuum on the bottom of the vessel. In order to improve the filtering efficiency,pressure can be brought into the vessel, but generally less than 0.3 MPa.

At the washing stage, the materials in the vessel can be totally washed through the clockwise rotation, up and down by the S-type blades.
The bottom plate is not removable. The supporting network and punching plate on the bottom plate can not only help liquid flow,but also make installing filter cloth easier.
Filter cloth, non-woven cloth and sintering net can be used as the medium of filtration.
Products are discharged through S-type blades automatically from the side discharge outlet.
Clockwise and anticlockwise rotation of the agitator are driven by motor reducing gear, and regulate the ascending and descending speed. Both domestic and imported reducers are acceptable.Filter cloth, non-woven cloth and sintering net can be used as the medium of filtration.

Process Stage
Filtering stage
The separation of filter cake and mother liquid. The thickness of filter cake can reach 500mm.
Washing stage
Further purification of filter cake, rinse and dehydration of mother liquid remained. Mix the lotion and the filter cake via up and down of agitator to make the filter cake slurry finally, then the filter cake can get the full wash.
