Product Overview  

The PMT-1000 Portable In-situ Micro-indentation Tester, jointly developed by Wuxi Zhanghua Pharmaceutical Equipment Co., Ltd. and Jova Glenn Technology Co., Ltd., is a non-destructive online testing device based on the indentation method/indentation energy difference method. It focuses on mechanical properties and residual stress testing for energy equipment (e.g., pressure vessels, pipelines), serving third-party testing institutions and frontline production units. It provides critical data support for finite element simulation, failure analysis, lifespan evaluation, and safety assessments.
